I have a good range of honey from when I was living in Bath. This seasons honey is expected in May/June.
A light hint of mint
Kington St. Michael Honey
This summer wildflower and hedgerow honey comes from three honey bee colonies just outside Kington St. Michael. It has a great smell, light flavour and I think it will go wonderfully drizzled over some pancakes or even in a honey cake
Inglestone Common (Wickwar)
This blossom and summer wildflower honey comes from 4 honey bee colonies in an apple orchard on the edge of Ingleston Common near Wickwar,
Honey from 2 of our colonies in Semley, a few miles from Shaftesbury. Our bees live in a meadow surrounded by lush countryside which has plenty of access to meadows and woodland as well as local residents gardens.
